Shiffon Information
The Shih-ffon is a Shih-Tzu and Brussels Griffon Mix. Though these are both considered small dogs, the Shih-Tzu is still greatly larger than the Brussels. The Brussels should be 8-10 pounds (not to exceed 12 pounds), and the Shih Tzu should be about 10 inches tall- with these two factors, you really don't know what type of dog you are going to get.
As for color, pretty much anything goes I suppose. The Brussels Griffon can be Red, beige, black and tan, and black, and the Shih-Tzu can literally be any color.
Keep in mind that both breeds are prone to numerous health problems. The breeders who are breeding this mixed breed are not checking for health defects in their dogs prior to breeding them.
