Perro De Presa Mallorquin Information

The Perro De Presa Mallorquin originated in the Balearic Islands, off the coast of Spain, in the 1800's. This mastiff-type breed is fierce and formidable. It is heavily muscled with powerful, gripping jaws.

The popularity of this dog has declined with the outlawing of bull baiting and the decline of dog fighting.



They should be between 22-24 inches tall and weigh 120-150 pounds. Another name for the Perro De Presa Mallorquin is the Ca de Bou.
