We are a small mother/daughter breeding and showing kennel in Colorado. We offer professional handling services, as well and puppies, and Champion Stud service. We have a litter maybe once every three years, with alot of planning involved.

Hotshot Kennels does not sell intact puppies into companion homes, nor will they sell to or breed to produce a minature aussie.

We offer TOP quality working pups from imported West German and Belgium dogs. Females are titled HOT by us. SchH1,2,3. Hips and elbows certified. Absolutely no health issues to date in parents or litters; clear eyes, thyroids, no allergies, no pancreas issues. Our dogs are working Schutzhund, SAR, police, home companions, and personal protection. Our dogs are raised in the Rocky Mountains foothills in holistic, natural environment. No pesticides, no herbicides, RAW diets free of hormones and antibiotics. All dogs are compatible in home and with other small animals. All puppies raised in our house with us. Of course, adventure walks and 'puppy drives' to interesting places are done with the little ones before they are shipped to you so early imprinting has been successfully done. We work the dogs in schutzhund clubs on regular basis and atttend as many clinics as are offered in the area... Ivan Balabanov, Micheal Ellis, John Riboni, Jan Koxx, Dean Calderon are some of the mentors we have established as great resources of information, training, and knowledge of what a great working dog should be. Because of our committment to the working dog we belong to a genetic research based discussion board, study pedigrees extensively, and travel to many canine events, including police dog training sessions to learn about genotype and phenotype factors that determine breeding outcomes. Most importantly we are ACTIVE with our dogs and all breeding dogs are trained and titled by us. Many of our pups are purchased by local trainers and helpers after they have worked the parents. In fact, four of our last litter has been reserved by people familar with the parents who actually worked the dogs or saw the dogs work on the protection phase. Many of our pups are also sold via word of mouth referrals. We have great puppy owners and are proud to furnish quality references of our dogs from other breeders, trainers, police, and competitors. All pups come with full health guarantee, temperament guarantee, and lifetime training and nutritional support. We place our puppies with 'forever' homes and do not sell to commercial kennels.
